I wrote this album, Reflections, during one of the most formative times in my life. After realizing how much I was neglecting my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, I found deep within myself the foundation that would allow me to grow substantially in those next few years after this revelation. Most of the songs on this record were written before 2021 but as I revisit these emotions for this release, I am appreciative of the time it took to get to where I am today. I now know that these feelings have been left where they are in time. I do not feel these emotions anymore and I know that the weight of these experiences have helped me grow in immeasurable ways.
Thank you to all who continue to support me in my endeavors in life. Thank you to all the beautiful souls we lost over the years that I take with me with every emotion and breath I exhale with my art. Thank you to the paths I’ve crossed though we’ve gone our separate ways. Thank you to myself for finding peace through it all.
This life is beautifully complicated but I’m always left with awe and gratitude.
